Position Title: CMS Administrator
Location: LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a WordPress Developer / Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our WordPress environments and the infrastructure they run on. This role combines website administration, platform operations, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure reliable and secure business-critical applications.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining WordPress instances, supporting deployments, managing hosting environments, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience administering and supporting WordPress environments.
Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, plugins, themes, security, and performance optimization.
Experience managing Linux and/or Windows server environments.
Familiarity with web hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, backups, and monitoring tools.
Experience troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
Strong communication and customer support skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with VMware administration, including virtual machine provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and integrations.
Manage WordPress deployments, updates, backups, security patches, and performance optimization.
Monitor and troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure issues.
Provide technical support to users and stakeholders, resolving incidents and service requests.
Manage and maintain the hosting platform and underlying infrastructure supporting WordPress environments.
Document configurations, procedures, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and ensure platform reliability.
Support the integration of new features and configurations in the Microsoft dynamics solution
Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of web server technologies such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS.
Experience with scripting, automation, or DevOps practices.
Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
Experience with .NET and C# development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics environments, administration, or support.
Candidates without Dynamics experience but with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
