A mid level Internal Communications Coordinator main objective is to enhance the effectiveness of our communication strategies across the company. The role is crucial to ensure that employees remain informed, aligned with company goals, and engaged with company values. The ideal candidate will play a key part in fostering a positive culture through clear, engaging communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication plans that drive employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Manage the internal content calendar for announcements, newsletters, and key updates.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to deliver consistent, clear messaging.
- Maintain and improve communication channels, including email, Slack, and intranet, to ensure seamless information flow.
- Coordinate and promote internal events, meetings, and initiatives that build culture and strengthen connections.
- Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives and crisis communications as required.
