What you will be doing:
We are hiring mid-career Data Engineers to build and support data pipelines, notebooks, and models within Microsoft Fabric. L1 engineers will execute well-defined tasks, learn quickly, and grow into owning stories with guidance. Strong emphasis on PySpark, KQL, and foundational SQL.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
Practical exposure to PySpark and Python notebooks.
Foundational KQL and willingness to deepen expertise quickly.
Solid SQL fundamentals.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or strong motivation to ramp; exposure to cloud data platforms.
Experience with git and VS Code/Visual Studio.
Agile team experience; strong communication and teamwork.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Exposure to Data Vault and star schema design.
Experience with Power BI datasets, data modeling, and visualization basics.
Familiarity with Tabular Editor; interest in C# scripting.
Experience with Dataflows and pipeline orchestration.
CI/CD exposure in Azure DevOps or GitHub.
