What you will be doing:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Sitecore Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative for a leading Hospital System and Academic Medical Center. In this role, you will help build and enhance a modern patient-facing digital experience that enables patients and caregivers to easily discover care pathways, healthcare services, providers, and resources.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, and maintain a scalable web platform leveraging Sitecore XM Cloud, Next.js, and enterprise digital experience technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience developing solutions with Sitecore AI/XM Cloud and modern Sitecore technologies.
Strong understanding of Sitecore content management capabilities, including: Templates, Layouts, Renderings, Placeholders, Content workflows, User roles and security configuration.
Strong proficiency with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
Experience integrating and configuring enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Sitecore DAM, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, or similar solutions.
Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
Ability to work effectively within distributed and cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills
Sitecore Certified Developer certification.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend development practices.
Experience implementing and configuring enterprise search platforms such as Coveo, SearchStax, Algolia, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with healthcare, patient engagement, or large-scale digital experience platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
