We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Junior Placement Manager who will be acting as a key facilitator in our clients' success by connecting high-quality talent with exceptional opportunities and fostering growth and innovation in selected areas. You will actively participate in the management and control of the assignment processes, contributing to the effective operation of the department.
Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:    
  • Ensure all client information packages accurately meet intended profiles and adhere to high-quality standards, maintaining consistent and professional client expectations. 
  • Supporting Placement Managers in executing the operations of the department. 
  • Collaborating in verifying the accuracy of information managed by the team, and participating in induction and refresher training. 
  • Exchange information via email with the customers’ POCs (Points of contact) on the active requisitions in order to keep the clients informed about the process.  
  • Assisting in client communication to ensure timely responses and adequate solutions to their concerns. 
  • Collaborating in reviewing client requisitions and preparing candidates for interviews. 
  • Assisting in updating records in internal tools and required platforms. 
  • Participating in meetings with client points of contact to discuss active requisitions and coordinate interviews. 
  • Continuously monitor the delivery of equipment and associated costs, providing visibility to all stakeholders and removing any obstacles that may affect the efficiency of the process. 
  • Provide the Placement services to mainly standard accounts, making sure that we are providing a top-tier service. 
  • Guarantee the prompt resolution of issues related to the Placement process as well as adhering to the processes SLAs.  
  • Participate from trainings, mentorships, and any other activities focused to the evolution of their profiles. 
What do we expect from you?        
  • English communication skills (B2 - C1) required.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with software development terminology and ability to communicate at a basic technical level (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Professional certifications related to recruitment or project management are advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge in specific staffing industries or sectors.
  • Additional languages or international experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Skilled in problem analysis and solving.
  • Planning and organizational prowess.
  • Determined and customer service oriented.
  • Able to work collaboratively and foster a team environment.
