We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Developer with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:   
 
Position title:  Senior UX/UI Developer

What you will be doing:
  • Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to translate user requirements into high-quality user experiences.  
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.  
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.  
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and development.  
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the UX/UI development team.  
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience. 
Requirements & Qualifications  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)  
  • 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work if available.  
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.  
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.  
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).  
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and leading projects from concept to delivery.
