Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Colombia

What you will be doing:

As our Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role within our Salesforce practice, helping deliver transformative solutions across industries. You bring advanced expertise across Salesforce's technical domains — including its various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and are passionate about scoping, architecting, and leading hands-on implementations. You'll translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, lead technical design sessions, and guide the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations from custom development through integration and quality assurance, while mentoring junior developers along the way.

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions

  • Estimate level of effort for solution implementation based on business and technical requirements

  • Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting solutions aligned to client objectives

  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and execution of test plans

  • Provide hands-on, expert-level assistance to developers on technical issues

  • Conduct development code reviews and advise on technical best practices

  • Demonstrate technical thought leadership and stay current with evolving Salesforce features

  • Coach and mentor junior technical team members

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including advanced Apex and JavaScript development

  • Advanced Apex programming experience: core design patterns, governor limits and bulk patterns, trigger handling, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and effective unit testing

  • Advanced front-end development skills: Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • Advanced knowledge of functional/technical tools: data modeling, security model, flows, custom metadata, custom settings, etc.

  • Understanding of the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, collaborating with multiple engineers

  • Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and common AppExchange solutions

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)

  • Knowledge of integrations, 3rd-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce

  • Solid grounding in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle

  • Experience working in Agile methodology

  • Knowledge of modern Salesforce DevOps best practices and experience with CI/CD Salesforce services and processes

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience and exposure to Einstein and other Salesforce AI product capabilities

  • Familiarity with AWS core services and ability to integrate tools with Salesforce

  • Active Salesforce certifications, or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
