Position Title: Junior+ Procurement Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion)

Location: Colombia (On Site)

What you will be doing:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement to support end-to-end sourcing and purchasing operations. This role will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle — from vendor sourcing and project initiation through negotiation and Purchase Order (PO) creation — while also supporting the organization’s corporate card program. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in Oracle Fusion ERP, excels at vendor management, and understands how procurement integrates with finance and accounting processes.
  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle:
  • Vendor sourcing and onboarding
  • Project-based purchasing
  • Ongoing vendor negotiations
  • Creation and management of Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle Procurement
  • Act as the primary owner of the PO process in Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations) to understand requirements and drive purchasing outcomes.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and support contract and pricing discussions.
  • Oversee and administer the Corporate Card Program, including policy adherence, reconciliation support, and process improvements.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with accounting and financial controls.
  • Support reporting and analysis related to procurement spend, vendors, and purchasing performance.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives across procurement and finance workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Procurement Analyst, purchasing, or finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement, including PO creation and vendor sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Experience managing vendors and supporting negotiations.
  • Familiarity with finance/accounting concepts and how procurement integrates with AP/GL.
  • Experience supporting or administering corporate card programs.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience working with Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCC, ARCS).
  • Background in finance operations or accounting support.
  • Experience in process optimization or system implementations.
Soft Skill:
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to write clear, concise SOPs for non-technical users and effectively facilitate virtual training sessions and office hours. 
  • Excellent communication skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, essential for interpreting ERP reports, analyzing data for trends, resolving system errors, and recommending process improvements. 
  • Proactive ownership and initiative, with the capacity to lead the adoption of new procurement processes and manage small-scale system or process enhancement projects. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, crucial for maintaining data quality through daily system cleanup and ensuring the accuracy of reports and KPIs. 
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, with the interpersonal skills to support cross-functional interactions, understand user pain points, and collaborate on solutions.
