Ownership Verification Specialist

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Ownership Verification Specialist who can successfully research, document, categorize, and communicate business ownership information for our customer base. You will take your research and organization skills and use them to work with Customer Service Representatives and Customers to gather and authenticate documentation necessary to verify the identity of authorized representatives of a used car dealership.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

• Research public business information of our customers for legally authorized business representatives
• Maintain electronic repository of collected verification documents in a CRM
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to request required verification documents
• Assist Customer Support Representatives with the verification processes and individual account needs
• Receive passed calls from Customer Support Representatives to clarify documentation needs with customers
• Document contact efforts in CRM via activity notes and tasks
• Create “Acknowledgement of Risk” documents 
• Assist with other assigned projects as needed
• Maintain and preserve an appropriate standard of confidentiality
