Supervisor, Website Implementation 
We are looking for a skilled Website Development Supervisor to lead a team in delivering excellent customer service and solutions. You will use your expertise in team management, task coordination, and issue resolution to oversee daily operations, resolve escalated inquiries, monitor tasks, and coach team members. You'll focus on optimizing processes, preparing reports, and maintaining a positive work environment.. 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Lead team in day-to-day activities by supporting them in all aspects of delivery, making process decisions, determining task assignments, and setting expectations with stakeholders regarding schedules
  • Coordinate product and process changes between domestic and international teams
  • Stay current with new technologies and best practices
  • Ensure that deliverables are high quality and meet deadlines
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training to team members
  • Motivate team to innovate and keep up with current web best practices
  • Address and resolve personnel issues to ensure a positive work environment
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years, of which at least 1 is in a leadership role 
  • Has a strong practical understanding of how to code a website using a given design, current front-end theories, and website best practices 
  • Experience in: 
    • Designing and developing mission critical products 
    • Agile Scrum methodology 
    • Development of responsive websites with excellent coding skills on HTML5, CSS and JavaScript 
    • Utilizing a CSS pre-processor (.LESS, SASS) 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed teams 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills 
  • Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
