LeadVenture is the market-leading SaaS provider of digital retailing, eCommerce, digital marketing, and eCatalog solutions for dealerships across 13 industry verticals including but not limited to powersports, marine, RV, pre-owned auto, and agriculture. Summary of the Role

The Global Tech Recruiter is a data-driven, motivated, detail-oriented, professional who acts as an integral member of LeadVenture’s Global Talent Acquisition Team.  The Global Recruiter utilizes extensive expertise and best practices to fill roles across our company’s tech and product sectors in the U.S and abroad.  This role reports directly to the Director of Global Recruiting.

Essential Responsibilities

The Global Recruiter represents LeadVenture to any and all applicants as a motivated, positive ambassador for why LeadVenture is a great place to work.  The Global Recruiter:

  • Collaborates with the global team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top- tier talent.
  • Provides full life cycle recruiting support for the business.
  • Protects and improves LeadVenture’s candidate experience.
  • Uses hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions.
  • Helps fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company.
  • Influences senior leaders and act as a strategic talent through partnership.

Core Competencies and Experience

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate, startup, or SaaS environment
  • Experience recruiting for tech and product roles
  • Technical expertise leveraging recruiting systems and tools
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to navigate, problem-solve and consult in any gray areas of recruiting processes and policies
  • Experience leveraging and analyzing recruiting data
  • Ability to work effectively with inter-department teams and build collaborative relationships
  • Experience with proactive sourcing techniques
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven experience establishing priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Project management skills
  • Familiarity with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues
