The Temporary Implementation Supervisor Lead will manage day-to-day team activities, supporting task assignments, decision-making, and delivery processes. Responsibilities include addressing escalated customer inquiries, monitoring task progress, preparing reports, and providing coaching to team members.
 
The role also involves ensuring a positive work environment and recommending best practices to customers and internal teams.This position is estimated to last 12 months. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role, strong communication, troubleshooting, and time management skills, along with industry knowledge.
 
 Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Lead team in day-to-day activities by supporting them in all aspects of delivery, making process decisions, and determining task assignments.
  • Investigate escalated customer inquiries as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of open tasks through the work order system.
  • Assist in the preparation of and prepare reports and analyses on trends, recommendations, and technical logs. 
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training to team members
  • Address and resolve personnel issues to ensure a positive work environment
  • Expedite communication, and recommend techniques and best practices to Customers, Implementation Specialists, and Technical Support Specialists.
