Pricing Strategy Analyst   
    
Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Packaging, the Pricing Strategy Analyst assists in the development and execution of the pricing and packaging strategy and initiatives through effective data analysis, market research, and reporting. The pricing analyst evaluates pricing performance and recommends changes and updates on pricing and packaging across the portfolio to ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives.      
This role will be a hybrid work environment or remote.

  • Collaborates with the Pricing team on the development and execution of the pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Maintenance, creation, and record keeping of product and customer pricing data sets.
  • Analyze sales and competitive data to identify opportunities and assist in the development of alternate strategies to maximize sales and profit opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to drive analysis-driven change.
  • Evaluate key business metrics to track pricing performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability and product adoption.
  • Use data models, reporting, and ad-hoc data analyses to measure the effectiveness of pricing actions.
  • Perform cost and profitability analysis to support pricing decisions.
  • Gather data and conduct analysis to support setting and executing customer price uplifts.
  • Support development of new product pricing proposals with cost and market analysis.
  • Support Deal pricing and profitability analysis.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to validate price positions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:     
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field.
  • 2+ years of Pricing Analyst, Business Analyst or Financial Analyst experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, research and diagnostic and skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly skilled at an advanced level in Excel and BI tools.
  • Demonstrates ability to work cross functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.
