LeadVenture is seeking a strategic and experienced Pricing and Packaging Leader to join our team. As the Director of Pricing & Packaging, you will play a lead role in developing and executing pricing strategies for new and existing products and services, designing new packaging options and customer upgrade paths, and evaluating performance to optimize monetization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, marketing, finance, and customer operations to drive revenue growth and profitability across the customer segments we serve. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of driving successful monetization strategies.

  • Bring deep pricing expertise, strategic insights and sound business judgement to drive pricing decisions with cross-functional teams and executive team.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies across products and customer segments that maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring value for customers.
  • Continuously evaluate pricing strategies and refine pricing models for new and renewal customers to maximize revenue and customer retention, leveraging data analytics and customer feedback.
  • Design and optimize product packaging and bundling strategies that meet customer needs and align with our business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing customer base. Lead the customer package upsell and conversion strategy and drive the implementation of scalable migration effort.
  • Regularly interact with executive team and key stakeholders in driving a clear narrative on pricing analyses and recommendations, conflict resolution, and consensus-building.
  • Partner with systems team on the design and evolution of CPQ requirements to support new pricing structure and packaging needs.
  • Serve as a pricing thought leader and decision support function for strategic and day-to-day transactional pricing activities such as deal strategy and support through Deal Desk.
  • Collaborate with sales, CS and account management leadership to develop pricing guidelines and exception approval processes.

  • Proven experience in pricing and packaging strategy and execution, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS business models and subscription pricing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
