LeadVenture is looking for an Integrations Specialist to join our team for our Tuesday - Saturday shift! The Integration Specialist I is primarily responsible for setting up dealer integrations that facilitate incoming and outgoing inventory data feeds.  The Integrations Specialist I is very detail-oriented and puts the customer first.  The Integration Specialist I acts with a sense of urgency, provides consistent and timely customer follow-up, and effectively manages heavy workloads.   
 
 
Here is more of what you'll get to do: 
 
  • Receive, map and parse inventory/CRM leads from clients and third parties into the Dealer Spike platform 
  • Respond to customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action 
  • Keep cases updated and provide required level of case detail 
  • Troubleshoot integration and data feed issues 
  • Answer phone calls and use the telephone as the main communication channel with customers 
  • Complete work within expected timeframes and with accuracy 
  • Meet established workload metrics

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to Type 35+ WPM 
  • Preferred:  Associates degree in computer/technology related field
