About the Role:

As a Website Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for PSM clients. Website Coordinators must earn and maintain a trusted advisor role when communicating with clients and ensure that clients have ongoing communication regarding the value they are receiving with PSM’s digital marketing products.

Website Coordinators typically handle multiple clients in varying products and stages of usage, so the ability to work well with many ‘plates in the air’, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven record of ongoing communication is a must. This role is a heavy customer support role with exceptional communication skills required, both written and verbal.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

  • Work closely with multiple clients to communicate and maintain product(s) launch plans and timeline.
  • Ongoing, clear communication with leadership, web developers, graphic designers, and the Account Executives on the progress of each new client.
  • Document all client requests through Basecamp (a project management system) or Salesforce (a CRM).
  • Quality Control ad copy and product content both before and after launch.
  • Ensure that clients are properly invoiced, and monthly charges are set up in a timely manner and accurately (based on the Digital Marketing package and any website add-on features).
  • Complete the standard pre-launch check-list prior to the launch of all new products.
  • Document and communicate all feature/function requests that are not currently available to department manager through JIRA ticketing system.
  • Perform ongoing audits and updates of PSM software as needed and as defined by department manager.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

  • Be able to demonstrate an extreme attention to detail.
  • Have clear and thorough written communication and account documentation every day.
  • Not be afraid to speak to clients on the phone and through screenshare about their website.
  • Have proven ability to troubleshoot client issues and find creative solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Be able to work confidently in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Have experience with in (helpful, but not a requirement)
  • Positive attitude – this is a dynamic environment that often changes very quickly, staying positive is the best way to remain successful.
  • Have a working understanding of basic website best practices, such as basic SEO and HTML would be a plus.
