Join our team as a Content Publishing Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and quality. You’ll collect and enter data into our in-house software, conduct quality checks on team members’ entries, and troubleshoot any issues reported by clients or other departments. Additionally, you’ll maintain reports to update management on your progress while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards. Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Collect and enter data according to instructions into in-house software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  
  • Quality check other’s data entry work.  
  • Research & resolve data issues reported by clients or other departments.   
  • Maintain necessary reports to communicate to manager progress for model year data entry. 
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and quality requirements.  
  • Access and manage data within third-party databases to support operational tasks.
 
You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and good computer keyboard skills is all it takes; we will teach the rest! :)
  • Familiarity Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ease using internet browsers such as IE, Chrome and Firefox 
  • Familiarity with downloading and handling PDFs
  • Good organizational skills, and thrive working without supervision
  • Automotive knowledge a plus
  • Can speak and write in English
  • You want to learn from everyone and everything
