Website Support Specialist

We are looking for a Website Support Specialist to join our team to work on a wide range of website update requests from simple html and module updates to building out fully designed landing pages. 

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

• Handling client requests for development items on live websites.
• Manage a daily queue of work
• Utilize interpersonal skills to work effectively with a team to complete projects
• Work on a variety of projects based on priority
• Take calls from customers and assist with email setup and troubleshooting
• Recommend process improvements

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 2 years + knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to shift from project to project as priority changes
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems

• Knowledge of DotNetNuke
• Basic understanding of DNS records and domains
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop)
• Basic phone skills and knowledge on email setups
• Ability to work independently
