Account Manager
Operate Beyond/Trailer Central is a software service provider specializing in online solutions for trailer and RV dealerships. Our company highly values our customers and team members. This role requires a sales driven, analytical, results-oriented, and customer-centric professional who will support and grow a strategic partnership for a portfolio of assigned accounts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, to maintain existing business and identify opportunities for growth to meet or exceed annual sales goals.  
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Foster strategic relationships and have knowledge of assigned accounts, plan for growth, maintain a healthy pipeline, and drive opportunities with new accounts. Understand customers' business drivers. 
  • A high level of understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, with the ability to analyze and make strategic optimization recommendations. 
  • Proactively support relationship building with accounts via video conferencing, phone, and email 
  • Set and manage internal/external partner expectations. 
  • Involved with ongoing training to ensure we are constantly delivering the best experience to our customers while supporting the department KPIs. 
  • Responsible for upholding the established SOPs for entering leads and other data in our sales/customer management system. 
  • Be the first level of response to manage customer de-escalation situations. 
  • Other duties, as required. 
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Expert computer skills specific to Google Suite 
  • Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Self-motivated, self-initiating, able to run independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. 
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, juggle multiple projects, and handle interruptions 
  • Experience with consultative sales 
  • Prior customer service experience required  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required  
  • Software and Service company/agency experience preferred 
  • Company Travel as needed
