Senior IT Systems Analyst 
 
We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst who will be responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of our technology infrastructure, internal enterprise systems, endpoints, and users. We are looking for a technology enthusiast and go-getter able to adapt to a complex, changing, and variably paced environment while demonstrating top-tier IT & infrastructure support principles to support operations across geographies. You will also be working alongside various software development teams to guarantee service availability and respond quickly to adverse events within our infrastructure that impact our customers.   
 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:  
  • Monitor and respond to Tier 1 & Tier 2 tickets, including escalated tickets requiring advanced/time-sensitive troubleshooting.
  • Provide maintenance to IT infrastructure hosted in the cloud and our data centers.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in internal systems.
  • Recognize and report issues with the maintenance process quickly.
  • Assisted with various IT projects and initiatives.
  • Monitors internal and external systems events and responds with established procedures.
  • Maintains, monitors, and performs preventive maintenance on servers.
  • Create and update tickets within the ticketing system.
  • Responds as required to systems emergencies and escalation of events to Infrastructure engineers, Database administrators, or developers to resolve events that adversely impact service availability quickly.
  • Use the Change Management Process to get preventative and corrective maintenance approval. Commences & completes the maintenance along with the necessary documentation.
  • Produces documentation for existing projects and adheres to documentation standards.
  • Must demonstrate a dedication to continuous improvement in infrastructure, process, cross-department communication, and professional skills.
  • Willing to follow through with odd jobs and tasks as needed or asked, if not to perform personally, but to ensure the right person is found for continuation.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:   
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong English spoken and written skills.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Cloud Services: Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, etc.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Server environments: Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V.
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and deploying Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
  • Possess a basic understanding of networking principles and concepts and have experience troubleshooting common problems.
  • Some experience managing public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Linux resources.
  • Possess excellent documentation, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT from a recognized university.
