As a Digital Marketing Content writer, you will be responsible for brainstorming, researching, writing and proofreading engaging content. Your work will be utilized predominantly for our clients’ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing Automation (MA) campaigns. The voice of your content will be informative to your readers, as well as engaging and accessible. The goal of your content is to not only be easy to read but to drive traffic to certain pages on the clients’ sites through the use of keywords and linkable phrasing. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English or relevant field preferred
  • At least one year of experience in Content Marketing or other comparable/transferable experience
  • Proficient in written, informal English
  • Excellent resource literacy and a willingness to become familiar with a range of products that might be foreign
  • Efficient proofreading skills
  • Adaptable writing techniques and ability to apply critique
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Personable nature and ability to work with domestic and international teams
  • Knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Outlook software is preferred
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research and write original content, or use our database of existing topics, to engage readers and drive them to other parts of a client’s site
  • Analyze client content metrics and make strategic content decisions as needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with client representatives and other writers as needed
  • Adhere to deadlines and quality requirements, including external branding requirements and LeadVenture product standards
  • Work effectively on individually assigned tasks and incorporate team process updates and changes into daily task execution
  • Engage in projects designed to improve team processes and provide better content for clients
  • Any additional duties assigned from time to time
