The Integration specialist is primarily responsible for setting up dealer imports and exports that through data connections with 3rd parties. This role is very detail-oriented and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Inventory Specialist acts with urgency and provides consistent and timely customer follow-up via email and phone, while effectively evolving and adapting to a consistently changing work environment. 
Required Skills & Qualifications: 
    1. Previous customer service experience (2+ years preferred)

    1. Experience/exposure to SQL / Relational Database

    1. Strong technical knowledge base

    1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    1. Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical people

    1. Clear speaking voice and phone abilities

    1. Enjoys technical challenges and working to develop creative solutions

    1. Preferred: Associate degree in computer/technology-related field

You will thrive in this role if you have: 
  • Microsoft SQL Management Studio Server experience 

  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience 

  • Microsoft Suite experience 

  • Comfortable working in a team and managing frequent interruptions 

  • Familiar with reading technical / API documentation 

  • Collaborating with other internal stakeholders and 3rd party companies 

Primary Responsibilities 
  • Receive, map, and parse client inventory files from 3rd parties 

  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and positive manner 

  • Communicating with 3rd parties on behalf of clients 

  • Track work through CRM and regularly update cases with necessary details 

  • Troubleshoot import/export files and data feed issues 

  • Answer phone calls and email as the main communication channel with customers and 3rd parties 

  • Complete work promptly and confirm client expectations are met before resolving requests 

  • Meet or exceed established department KPI expectations 

  • Handle first-level escalations as needed
