Associate Growth Marketing Manager
Description
LeadVenture is looking for an Associate Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of revenue-driving campaigns for an assigned brand.
You will work alongside Marketing, BDR, Sales, and channel teams to align targeting, messaging, and execution, and serve as the primary marketing owner for your assigned business.
This role is a great fit for an early-career marketer who is ready to take real ownership, learn fast, and develop expertise across growth marketing, demand generation, and campaign strategy.
What You'll Do
Shape Growth Strategy
- Work with marketing leadership to translate GTM priorities into campaign strategies and growth plans
- Spot opportunities to improve pipeline generation, engagement, and conversion performance
- Use campaign and funnel data to inform your recommendations and priorities
- Develop and test ideas to improve campaign effectiveness
Own Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Build integrated campaigns across paid media, outbound (BDR), email, events, and partner channels
- Define clear campaign goals and success metrics tied to business objectives
- Own segmentation, messaging, and channel execution for your assigned campaigns
- Make sure campaigns connect across the customer journey from awareness through conversion
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work with Marketing, Sales, BDR, and channel teams to keep campaign execution on track
- Coordinate campaign launches so stakeholders know what to expect and when
- Align with BDR teams on outbound messaging, targeting, and timing
Lead Campaign Delivery
- Manage timelines, briefs, and day-to-day campaign execution
- Make sure assets and messaging are right for your target audiences and campaign goals
- Keep momentum going across campaigns and execution workstreams
Own Performance and Optimization
- Track campaign performance across engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics
- Find optimization opportunities and put improvements into action
- Use data to sharpen targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness
- Share results and recommendations with stakeholders
Leverage Partner Channels
- Help integrate partner and OEM channels into campaign plans
- Participate in co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and drive pipeline

- Consistent pipeline contribution from your assigned brand and campaigns
- Strong campaign execution with a track record of optimization
- Good working relationships with Sales and BDR teams
- Growing ownership and independence in how you approach campaign strategy
- Measurable improvements in campaign performance over time
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years in demand generation, campaign management, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
- Experience supporting or running multi-channel marketing campaigns
- A solid grasp of marketing funnels, segmentation, and campaign performance metrics
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset and genuine interest in using data to make decisions
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, ABM platforms, or outbound tools is a plus
- Curiosity, initiative, and a real desire to own outcomes
