LeadVenture is looking for a Salesforce Developer who will design, develop, triage, and implement Salesforce custom code and applications. The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing new Salesforce functionality to meet company objectives and provide scalable processes.  The Developer will also be the central expert of the deployed code and offer guidance on improvements and troubleshoot identified bugs.       
        
To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce code and custom applications that meet the changing needs of the company.  As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create custom workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

  • Meeting with stakeholders to determine CRM needs and requirements.
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
  • Integrating 3rd party add-on solutions based on needs of the organization.
  • Creating timelines and development goals.
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Enterprise Applications team.
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:       
  • 4+ years Salesforce with application and software development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Community Cloud).
  • Working development experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proven experience with webservices such as REST and SOAP
  • Proficient in Lightning web components, Apex, Salesforce workflows and JavaScript.
  • Experience with best practice DevOps architecture including use of code deployment tools such as Bitbucket and GitHub.
  • Experience with ETL, API platforms and workflow automation tools such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and Territory Management tools/integrations a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Ability to project manage.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments in parallel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
