SEM Specialist
Description
The SEM Specialist assists the SEM Department in creating successful Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts that help drive traffic and conversions to our client's websites, in addition to providing a positive ROI within their overall digital marketing efforts.
Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
- Work closely with Account Managers to assist with the dealer’s SEM tactics
- Create monthly reports of marketing campaign results and accomplishments
- Manage day-to-day SEM tasks and projects within Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Stay up to date with current SEM standards and search engine marketing best practices
- Proofreading written content for grammatical and accuracy issues
- Producing publish-ready written and display ads
- Researching and gathering account/campaign data
- Any other additional duties assigned from time to time
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Associates Degree in English or Business Administration
- Google Ads, Facebook Ad, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics experiences a bonus
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient organizational, time management and analytical skills
- Critical thinking skills

In this role, you’ll be working with our PSM Marketing brand who is a turnkey marketing company that implements 100% quantifiable marketing that generates sales and increases net profit. PSM helps dealership gain new market share, reactivate lost customers and increase customer value/retention.
