Pricing Operations Analyst  
   
Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Packaging, the Pricing Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day functions  and activities related to implementation of pricing and packaging strategies, pricing processes and tools, SKU management, and ad hoc pricing & packaging projects.       
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:   
  • Pricing and SKU implementation: Provide operational and analytical support on pricing and SKU implementation on new product launches, package updates, custom deals, and strategic pricing initiatives. Develops, supports and evaluates pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics, working closely with Finance, Internal Systems and Customer Success teams. Influence pricing strategies to ensure feasibility & successful implementation through quote to cash processes.
  • Pricing Systems & Tools: Define and recommend system requirements (e.g., CPQ) and continued enhancements in partnership with Internal Systems and other key stakeholders. 
  • Pricing Process & Governance: Document pricing and discount policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • SKU Rationalization: Manage the SKU intake and creation process. Drive and sustain the SKU cleanup effort across the product portfolio.
  • Price Reporting: Generate regular reports in partnership with Data/BI team on discounts, promotions, package mix, upsell and other relevant price KPIs.
  • Ad Hoc Project Support: Recommends packaging updates and/or strategic pricing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of Pricing Analyst, Business Analyst or Financial Analyst experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Project management skills including ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, research and diagnostic and skills.
  • Highly skilled at an advanced level in Excel and BI tools.
  • Demonstrates ability to work cross functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.
