Wages: $29.54 an hour
Monday to Friday
What we offer:
· Competitive starting wage with increases and growth based on skill sets acquired
· Those with Fiberglass manufacturing experience are highly encouraged to apply, the starting wage will be adjusted based on the skills and experience.
· Full-time, year-round work
· Semi-annual safety shoe allowance and bi-annual prescription safety glass allowance
· Weekly pay – you receive a direct pay deposit every week
· Overtime payable after 40 hours
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily yard operations, ensuring efficient movement of fiberglass pools from production to staging areas
- Lead and support the yard and crane team, providing direction during pool transfers, staging, and loading activities
- Oversee the safe and accurate loading of fiberglass pools onto delivery trucks and trailers, verifying proper placement and securement
- Work closely with the pool outfitting and detailing team to ensure pools are fully prepared, inspected, and ready for shipment
- Operate and train team members on equipment such as pressure washers, caulking guns, electric buffers, and other tools used in pool preparation
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and communicate with supervisors to maintain smooth yard operations
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and safe practices around cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
- Perform physically demanding tasks including prolonged standing, bending, reaching, overhead work, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard environment while working primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist with training new yard staff and reinforcing high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork
