As a special consideration with this employment offer, we are pleased to offer you a signing bonus of $2,000.
$500 of this bonus will be paid after 3 months of continuous employment and $1,500 after 6 months of continuous employment.
The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. Please note this is a one-time sign on bonus.

A little about the position:
Job Summary:
As a CDL Truck Driver for Latham, you play a vital role in safely and reliably transporting fiberglass pools, spas and related materials from our distribution center to installation sites. Our Drivers deliver exceptional service, uphold high safety standards and serve as a professional representative of our company. Most routes allow Drivers to return home the same or following day!
Some of What You Will Do:
• Safely and accurately load, secure, transport, and unload fiberglass pools, spas, and related equipment.
• Verify that all cargo is properly secured in accordance with company and DOT requirements.
• Follow assigned permitted routes and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Adhere to required rest periods and fatigue-management guidelines.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; immediately report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate driving, delivery, and maintenance logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Track and report hours of service and all required documentation.
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and federal/state transportation regulations.
• Operate vehicles safely in varying road and weather conditions.
• Obtain customer signatures, delivery receipts, and collect payments when required.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, incidents, near misses, injuries, or property damage promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at all delivery locations.
• During downtime, may be asked to perform small maintenance or clean up tasks around the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (per insurance requirements).
• Good, safe, driving record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $36.32 – $37.47
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
