Primary Role:    The Field Service Dispatch Analyst will work alongside management to create effective and efficient route plans. The qualified individual will analyze repair complexities, technician competencies, territorial boundaries, commercial priorities, etc. to create weekly route plans.  Real time optimization of routes and plans to ensure performance objectives are met. Monitoring of technician routes to ensure commitments are met timely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Creation and optimization of weekly field technician routes.
  • Creation and delivery of daily reporting.
  • Manage vendor scheduling needs.
  • Scheduling and dispatching field technicians to appropriate locations according to schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
  • Technician route monitoring.
  • Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from field technicians 
  • Using telephones and/or text messages to contact field technicians.
  • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services.
  • Preparing daily work such as schedules
  • Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from work crews
  • Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
  • Management of vendor invoicing.
  • Other duties as needed by Warranty leadership.
 
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or prior work experience required.
  • 5 years’ logistics experience or managing field crews/ service technicians preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in pool, manufacturing, distribution, or design industry preferred.
  • Background in reporting and analysis required.
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs.
  • Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.

The salary range for this position is $58,656-$60,406
