A little about the position:
Job Summary
This position is responsible for utilizing fiberglass and other materials to produce high quality products.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Follow company safety policies and programs to promote a safety-first culture throughout the facility.
- Cleaning, waxing and prepping molds for production.
- Working with fiberglass, resin, and other chemicals/materials, to manufacture fiberglass products while meeting high quality standards while meeting production schedule.
- Working with layers of mat, chop, and resin to build the product.
- Works materials with hands, rollers, squeegees, etc., to create a wrinkle free, smooth finished product.
- Trims excess material as needed from the mold.
- Performs functions to detect and alleviate any imperfections from the product.
- Work directly with plant manager, leads &/or management to ensure production goals are met.
- Keep work area clean & free of safety hazards.
- Cross trained in multiple areas of the company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn the different chemical and composite materials.
- Ability to follow the production schedule and work orders.
- Ability and willingness to be a team player.
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety precautions.
- Good human relations to relate cordially with all team members.

Salary Range: $17.31 - $19.47 (H20 – H40)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
