Position at Latham Pool Products, Inc

Primary role: Assist employees with questions or problems. Monitor customer, vendor, and inventory information in the system. Plan and implement events, training, and promotions.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Assist Customer Service
2. Assist Accountant with daily routines.
3. Monitor the GL daily to ensure accuracy. 
4. Create reports. 
5. Train Customer Service 
6. Collections 
7. Enter and post checks to AR.
8. Access banking program to enter checks received.
9. Enter new customers and vendors into system.
10. Send new credit applications to Latham.
11. Update customer, vendor, and inventory information as needed.
12. Create new inventory codes.
13. Contact IT Contractor with questions or concerns
14. Plan events such as dealer meetings, training, and dealer incentive reward trips
15. Create and email promotions.
16. Order apparel for customers, employees, and special events
17. Update Dealer Locator
18. Send pricing to customers and special groups.
19. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Experience > 5 years in AR/AP/Inventory/Assets 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail oriented. 
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Ability to perform with minimal or no supervision. 
• Proficient with Software/Hardware/Technology
• Expert in event planning for large groups

The hourly wage for this position is $26-$30 per hour
