A little about the position:
Job Summary
The Laboratory Technician supports scientific and engineering projects by preparing, testing, and analyzing material samples to evaluate their physical and chemical properties. They help maintain lab equipment, document results with precision, and ensure all testing follows established safety and quality standards.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Complete multi-disciplinary materials testing, daily lab operations, and supporting material and process developments.
- Maintain lab supplies, raw materials, solvents, and cleanliness /organization of lab area.
- Ensure instrumentation is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Summarize data and document results in an organized and thorough manner for engineering review.
- Prepare and process material test samples.
- Communicate results and/or data anomalies to the team.
- Keep records of SDS, TDS, and lab inventory.
- Willingness to learn new test equipment and experimental procedures.
- Follow safety protocols for PPE, chemical handling, waste disposal, and equipment operation.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of safe work practices.
- Ability to perform laboratory experiments and record results.
- Ability to maintain rigorous attention to detail when executing test instructions.
- Ability to read and understand testing specifications.
- Strong organizational skills to keep work area tidy and organize workflow.
- Ability to use hand tools and/or power tools
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Employment Type: On-site
Status: Full-time
Salary Range: $22.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. Monday – Friday, day shift.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: Year-End.
