WHAT YOU’LL DO: 
  • Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
  • Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
  • Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 
  • Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands
  • Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools, cutting tools, drills, typically associated with carpentry as necessary
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12-hour shifts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to handle multiple assembly and related tasks with little or no supervision
  • Ability to read a tape measure and prints/shop drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines as assigned
  • Outstanding safety record
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • Construct framework for custom pool stair forms.
  • Measure, cut, or shape material for custom pool forms
  • One to three years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment desired
  • Welding experience is a plus or ability to learn basic welding
