A little about the position:

Job Summary

The Finance Intern will work under the direction of the FP&A team to assist in the development the 2026 Operating Plan and future reporting strategies.  The intern responsibilities will include but are not limited to planning and reporting, account reconciliations, inventory management ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned. 

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Current college student pursuing BA/BS in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Rising Junior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Basic knowledge and awareness of accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability along strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information.
• Ability to manage time in autonomous, fast paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the US, Latham is unable to provide sponsorship

Salary Range: $20-$24 per hour

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets.  Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

Other: This is a part time position working 3 days a week.
