Primary Role: The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for determining the objectives and strategic direction of the recruitment function including: leading employer branding efforts, developing effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, recruitment training, and managing requisitions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ownership: Own the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract talented candidates. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by building process, setting expectations, driving accountability, and continuously improving processes and feedback mechanisms.
Technologies: Drive a seamless candidate experience through the use of technology. Ensure that the applicant tracking solution meets the strategic needs of the business and provides quality report for process evaluation metrics. Manage the relationship with external vendors and solutions.
Training: Develop process trainings, as well as, strategic trainings to build recruitment muscles throughout the organization.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record of leading successful recruitment strategies and meeting hiring goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and tools
Expected travel 0-20%

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000
