Job Title: Litigation Discovery Clerk
Type of Position: FULL TIME
Hours: REMOTE: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time
Pay: $22 - $44 an hour
Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates;
- Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets;
- Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures;
- Assembling and organizing client’s files;
- Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers
- Providing status updates to clients
- Drafting request letters
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to keep and follow an efficient calendar
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all communications
- Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and on a team
Education and/or Experience:
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
