Job Summary:
 
We’re seeking a data-driven UX Analyst to help us craft exceptional digital experiences. Sitting at the intersection of design and analytics, you’ll use research, testing, and performance data to drive product decisions and improve user satisfaction. 
  • Monitor and analyze UX performance metrics (task completion, error rates, conversion funnels).
  • Set up and maintain quality analytics tracking across digital experiences.
  • Build dashboards and reports to surface insights for driving decision.
  • Identify user behavior patterns to inform optimizations.
  • Lead personalization, CRO, and A/B testing initiatives from concept to analysis.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Create wireframes in Figma and maintain UX artifacts (personas, journey maps).
  • Collaborate with design, web development, and merchandising teams to improve site performance.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and contribute to the product roadmap.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2–4 years of experience in UX research, analysis, or related role.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Quantum Metric, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas).
  • Basic SQL query skills.
  • Familiarity with Figma for wireframes.
  • Excellent communication and business decision making.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end basics.
  • Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with UX design systems and best practices.
 
Location: Lamps Plus Headquarters, Chatsworth, CA 
Schedule: Hybrid, (3 days per week onsite) 
Salary Range: $80K–$110K
