Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Operations Team, Warehouse Associate performs duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise.

Pay rate for this position is $18-20/hour to start, depending on experience and skillset.

About the Role:

• Accurately and quickly pick, pack and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments, perform the unpacking of deliveries, and distribute contents to the right warehouse location.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments as needed.
• Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
• Maintain warehouse, ensuring it is in good order, and stock all necessary shipping labels, equipment, materials, and supplies; Ensure the rotation of product by expiration dates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
• Safely operate pallet jack and straddle lift (certification needed).
• Accuracy and attention to detail, performing all duties according to SOP.
• Ability to communicate and work as a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP software preferred.
