Who We’re Looking For: 

As a key member of the Interventional Urology team, the Sales Specialist will support a positive customer experience directly selling Urology products and services, including Optilume and Urodynamics, to offices and hospitals in a distinct and assigned territory.  The Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota. 

  

About the Role: 

  • Engage with current Optilume customers to maintain the existing business in the Maritime region and provide case support. 
  • Ability to present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals in offices and hospitals, to include physicians, nurses, laboratory managers, and ancillary department clinicians with a focus on sales growth.
  • Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, demonstrate proficiency with all product portfolio devices, indications for use and procedures.  Identify 1-2 KOLS for rollout of BPH in Cananda as a component of the countrywide plan in 2024.
  • Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Optilume as an integral component of their practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption and retention

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.
  • Ability to travel extensively.

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Fluency in French is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Sales experience in operating room preferred.
  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community are preferred.
