Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Gastroenterology team, the Capital Sales Manager will be responsible for selling and promoting Laborie’s range of products (GI Capital Equipment) in both public and private hospitals as well as office-based physician locations.

 

About the Role:

  • Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth across multiple regional territories leading capital equipment sales and ownership of capital equipment quota.
  • Present, in-service, and sell GI capital products and services to current and potential clients, support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, execute territory business reviews, and prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. 
  • Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions, leverage the overall Laborie portfolio to focus on account penetration, while identifying sales prospects, and following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Demonstrate the effective use of all sales tools to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved, communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree (B.S./B.A.)
  • 3 years demonstrated successful capital sales experience in medical device field.
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device sales experience within GI / endoscopy.
  • Capital selling experience in hospital and physician office environment.
