Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Clinical team, the Clinical Research Coordinator will support the clinical research team in all aspects of clinical study operations including, but not limited to trial master file creation and maintenance, study-related payments, and contracts (i.e., healthcare provider (HCP) contracts, and clinical trial agreements (CTA)).

 

About the Role:

  • Overseeing end-to-end TMF activities, including the creation, organization, and maintenance of TMF documentation.
  • Coordinating and processing payments to investigators, clinical sites, and vendors in compliance with study protocols and applicable regulations
  • Managing the end-to-end process of clinical trial agreements, including CTAs, Ancillary Services Agreements, and Consultant Agreements.
  • Processing and tracking all clinical contract requests, ensuring early execution and finalization of site clinical contracts handled by relevant parties.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as life sciences.
  • Work experience in clinical research or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical study regulations and guidance (i.e., ICH-GCP, trial master file regulations and TMF reference model)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
