Who We’re Looking For:      

As a key member of the Repair team, the Repair Technician will inspect, evaluate, repair, and test products reported as defective.      

We have openings at the following levels, depending on experience and skillset:     

  • Repair Technician: $22/hr 
  • Repair Technician II: $25/hr 
  • Senior Repair Technician: $27/hr 

About the Role:      

  • Clean product and perform incoming inspection.
  • Prepare and repair catheters (for example, but not limited to):
    • Sleeve Repair
    • Sensor replacement
    • Replace lumen
    • Solder and unsolder PCBs
    • Re-assemble and assemble catheters
  • Perform product outgoing performance test and independent daily troubleshooting.
  • Generate repair reports and quotes.
  •  Assist Team Leader in assigned tasks and all non-conformity product issues and train junior repair technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:      

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience.
  • Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must possess ability to effectively use a microscope and miniature tools such as tweezer and scalpel. As well as the ability to measure using basic measuring equipment such as pin gages, micrometers, luer taper gages and rulers.
  • Requires production work with ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, sitting for several hours, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:      

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
