Who We’re Looking For: 

As a key member of the Clinical Education team, the Clinical Applications Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of Laborie’s clinical education and applications strategy, while focusing on standardization of processes and content for internal and external customers 

  

About the Role: 

  • Conduct customer facing staff needs assessments, teach content as needed and utilize clinical expertise to facilitate orientation, development, and safe practice of products. 
  • Identify and develop Standard of Care for the UDS market, create and deliver scientific and clinical case documents for use by potential customers/KOLs to demonstrate the value of Laborie’s product line. 
  • Assist with the creation of core education tools and materials to address current and future needs of Laborie customers
  • Collaborate with KOLs and physician leaders to develop data projects or case studies to identify how UDS improves efficiency/workflow, reduction in cost, patient safety and quality. 

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of clinical experience in high acuity provider setting, with hands on urology diagnostic and therapeutic product use. 
  • 3-5 years of management experience in provider setting and/or medical technology company setting.
  • Demonstrated success supporting, training, and communicating to other team members. 
  • Travel up to 60% to facilitate collaboration with field based staff and customers.

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • LPN or higher preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in medical technology company delivering clinical customer facing material.
