Who We’re Looking For:  

As a key member of the Information Technology team, the IT Project Manager will drive and manage SAP Projects as part of the IT organization, to a high degree for both Enterprise Business Systems and the Laborie Business teams. This will include networking with vendors, internal IT, and business experts while focusing on the business and technical requirements of the project.   

   

About the Role:  

  • Lead end-to-end project management for individual projects or project portfolios, from inception to Hypercare, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and success criteria.
  • Build project plans, kickoff projects, run status meetings, and maintain communications to keep all stakeholders informed throughout project.
  • Track and manage project activities including Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, and Change Management.
  • Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly scrum/sprint planning sessions with relevant team members, while motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the US and abroad.

   

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 - 8+ years’ experience in SAP project management and project delivery experience.
  • Strong competencies in planning, project management, leadership, and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones, including external partners.

   

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Masters degree preferred.
