Who We’re Looking For: 

As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Staffing Coordinator will support the staffing group, ensuring business processes and workflows are complete and providing positive candidate/employee experience throughout the full recruitment cycle. Additionally, this role will help source candidates, schedule interviews and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.  This position is a temporary position to help support the department during our busy hiring season.  

  

About the Role: 

  • Assist recruiting team with recruitment and interview processes, including sourcing, scheduling and related logistics.
  • Support the onboarding process as needed including participating in new hire orientations as needed.
  • Assist with internal and external job posting process including social media and job boards.
  • Provide reporting support and ad hoc reporting from Applicant Tracking System

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High School Degree and progress towards a degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience supporting the full-cycle recruitment of candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze applicant qualifications, motivations, and performance.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter required.

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
