Who We’re Looking For:
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and managing Laborie’s service‑based offerings that support urology diagnostic technologies, including staffing enablement, professional services, and operational solutions for customer sites. This role identifies unmet customer needs related to workforce readiness, workflow efficiency, and service delivery, and translates them into scalable service programs that drive customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and long‑term partnerships. Working cross‑functionally with Clinical Education, Sales, Service, Education, Operations, and Marketing, the Product Manager owns the lifecycle of staffing and service solutions—from concept and pricing to commercialization and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with Laborie’s broader urology diagnostics strategy and customer outcomes. 
 
About the Role:
  • Partner with the Senior Director and Urodynamic product managers to develop and execute marketing and product strategies for established and new staffing and service offerings that enhance product utility and customer value.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for staffing solutions and professional services supporting Laborie’s urology diagnostic portfolio, aligned with growth and portfolio objectives.
  • Identify customer pain points through voice‑of‑customer insights, field engagement, and market research, translating needs related to staffing, workflow, and utilization into scalable service solutions.
  • Define service offerings, value propositions, pricing, and commercialization plans, including pilots, launches, and continuous optimization.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Training & Education, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure successful development, launch, adoption, and global scalability.
  • Enable Sales with service positioning, tools, and deal support to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Training & Education to align staffing solutions with training programs, certifications, and proficiency requirements.
  • Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational outcomes to improve quality, standardize offerings, and ensure regulatory, legal, quality, and contractual compliance.
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Lifesciences, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or strategy roles within the medical device or healthcare industry preferably in product service, solutions, or ancillary offerings 
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and drive long-term strategic plans, with a track record of shaping innovation pipelines and service roadmaps. 
  • Business Acumen: Ability to develop service and solution business cases and evaluate commercial viability of new opportunities.  
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and understand market trends. 
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to influence others and work on cross-functional teams. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategy. 
  • Willingness to travel (~25%) for customer meetings, conferences, and field support.
