Who We’re Looking For:
You will support Laborie’s Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors in a role central to the smooth operation of the executive office—managing communications, logistics, and priorities for the CEO while serving as a key liaison to the Board. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and a strategic master of coordination, diplomacy, and executive-level support.
About the Role:
- Provide Executive & Board Support: Coordinate Board of Directors, Audit, and Compliance Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials. Plan/coordinate annual corporate calendar, including Board calendar in conjunction with CEO and Board Chair as well as all CEO and leadership meetings.
- Act as a Communication Liaison: Play an important role as conduit between the CEO, Board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across executive communications.
- Strategic & Operational Support: Support the CEO in preparing for company ownership meetings, public appearances, and leadership summits, track and follow up on strategic initiatives and Board directives, and attend select meetings to capture action items and ensure execution.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives and/or Boards of Directors.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance and executive-level protocols.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with travel as needed.
