Who We're Looking For:   
As a key member of the Operations team, the Supervisor Logistics will be responsible for all warehouse-related functions in our Minnetonka MN location including shipping, receiving, and manufacturing order kitting as well as supervising warehouse team members. This role may support our Plymouth, MN location as needed.   
   
About the Role:    
  • Plan, prioritize, and adjust daily and weekly warehouse work schedules and labor plans based on supply chain, operations and production inputs.
  • Supervise and monitor warehouse daily activities, including inbound and outbound shipping, picking, packing returns and inventory control.
  • Oversee the returns processes including demo and vendor returns, arrange reverse logistics to customers and vendors.
  • Prepare reports, track performance against KPIs and assist in monitoring performance to improve warehouse operations efficiency; track and report shipping/freight expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with export compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate daily, monthly and year-end counting for physical inventory audits.
  • Practice and enforce all logistics, safety and shipping regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:    
  • 4+ years of related experience with prior supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, for interaction at all levels, both within and outside the company, to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively; ability to lead and provide work direction.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
  • Pallet jack/hand truck experience required; forklift experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:    
  • Experience with medical device or pharma industries.
  • Experience with SAP or other MRP systems.
