Who We’re Looking For:  
As a key member of the Repair & Return department, the Repair and Return Administrator is responsible for coordinating various service tasks in a timely matter, including maintenance, loan requests and other service activities with regards to repair and returns.   
They will be motivating the team to ensure they're providing the best customer service possible, whilst supporting the Service Manager to drive Customer Satisfaction, Market Dominance and Profitability. They will achieve this by assisting the Service Manager to oversee capabilities of the team and provide additional training, ensuring the team has the skill set to complete their role in the most efficient and customer focused way.   
   
About the Role:  
  • Show ownership of tickets assigned to your name (ensure follow up in timely manner, escalate when required)
  • Receipt of incoming service items (repair & returns) and administrational processing of these goods.
  • Coordinate the repair process with 3rd party suppliers (arrange RMA, chase quotes, approve repairs)
  • Create quotations to customers and orders for repairs (incl others like return to base quotes)
  • Coordinate the returned goods process (incl the triage; book goods back in inventory or create write off)
  • Follow-up on loan requests by making loan agreements, arranging loan items and arranging the logistics (incl the registration)
   
Minimum Qualifications:  
  • Education: MBO level, administrational and/or technical trained
  • Work experience: 2 years in administration
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English language, both written and oral
  • Customer friendly and service minded
  • Good communication skills
   
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Good knowledge of French and/or German language, both written and oral (when specifically required)
