Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
About the Role:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with JobVite applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
